Student Health Insurance

All full-time and part-time students with six or more credits are eligible to participate in a student accident and sickness insurance plan for a fee. Students enrolled in the accident and sickness plan may also join a dental insurance plan. You can pick up insurance brochures and claim forms in the Student Life Office at 623 S. Wabash Ave., Suite 313.
