The Office of Student Employment will host its Fall 2008 Job Fair
on Wednesday, September 10. The fair lasts from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. in the
Hermann D. Conaway Center located at 1104 South Wabash Avenue. Chicago
area employers will be present to recruit for part-time jobs and
internships.

A 2004 report by the American College Health Association found that nearly half of all college students surveyed felt so depressed at some point in time that they could not function normally. The Multicultural Affairs office’s main scholarship is the $5,000 Diversity Award, but the department website hosts a variety of scholarships provided by outside organizations, and a few other Columbia departments, relating to diversity and cultural awareness.
