Parents in Illinois, you now have a new way to support your child’s learning and development. Illinois PIRC offers you a variety of programs,
resources and information to help you become more involved in your child’s education and to help your child succeed in school. Illinois PIRC also provides you with the opportunity to
improve your own skills through mentoring programs, workshops and classes. Working with communiity partners statewide, Illinois PIRC also provides special programs that meet the needs of parents of children ages birth to eight. In addition, Illinois PIRC has made available on this site current research about
family involvement,
arts and literacy, and
early childhood.
