Course Description: MFA Thesis: Design Development

MFA Thesis: Design Development

In this course, the student refines Preliminary and Schematic work and focuses on the Design Development Phase. Multiple drawing types and model making will be utilized to develop the design concept. The candidate works independantly, is supervised by primary and secondary thesis advisors, and participates in group pin-ups and critiques. By semester's end, the candidate will present the complete process of Design Development at a formal critique. Graphic information from this course is included in the Thesis Final Draft.
