Course Description: Technology I: CAD/Language of Dr afting for Architecture & Interi ors

This course will enable the student to understand the importance of the language of drafting, as the primary means of communication within the Architecture and Design industry. Through in-class exercises and outside assignments the course will cover twodimensional and three dimensional systems of drawing such as: orthographic, perspective and paraline. Although the focus is AutoCAD, the student will be expected to sketch, and draft manually for certain assignments.
