Develops skills begun in Magazine Article Writing, concentrating on writing and pitching one long-form magazine story. Students read and discuss examples of long-form magazine articles and work with a student editor as they craft a 2,500-word piece that includes character development, scene setting, lively quotes, telling anecdotes narrative arc or other appropriate structure, and voice/tone suitable to the story and publication.
