Course Description: Critical Encounters Seminar: Rights, Radicals and Revolutions

With a focus on research and collaboration across the disciplines, Critical Encounters Seminar: Rights, Radicals and Revolutions investigates the revolutions and battles over basic rights in San Francisco and introduces students to radicals who champion these causes now. Students explore the historical, cultural and natural complexity of rural Marin County and urban San Francisco, and collaborate to produce arts and media that reflect their understanding.
