Registration can be completed by phone, email, fax, or mail:

• Conference Registration Form (pdf)
• Book Fair Table Registration Form (pdf)
  (Note: Each Book Fair registration for a full table includes one conference registration)

The registration forms can be filled out online. If you have Adobe Acrobat Professional, you should be able to email the completed electronic form using the submission button. Otherwise call or print it out and send with payment to:
